About

BPBrokers has evolved from  Newsagency Advisory Service, a specialty Advisory Service since 1992. Newstrade was the forerunner of newsagency consultancies incorporating  (Business Performance Analysis and Newstrade Business Matters). For the past 20 years Newstrade were leaders in sales of newsagencies in NSW  as well as recognised and accepted consultants to many industry participants including, Financial Institutions, Shopping Centre owners, Insolvency Accountants and individual newsagents.

The GFC changed the basis of all small business in Australia especially the Retail Industry with customers looking at spending in a more discerning manner using price, quality, range and service to dictate their choice as to where they shop.

Through BPA, and its hands on involvement in the running of newsagencies, BPB has gained a tremendous insight into the trends and cultural movement within different newsagencies acknowledging the progressively different aspects of change that have improved these businesses where it has been applicable for them to do so.

We believe that with this current and most valuable experience, added to the many years of industry experience through diversification in various roles, we are in a position to assist more vendors and purchasers in the present retail environment with the “new” Business Performance Brokers than ever.
